  • How much does Postbox cost?


  • What is the licensing model for Postbox?

    When you purchase Postbox, you can use the version that you purchased for as long as you like.
    If you purchased Postbox 5 or Postbox 6 on or after March 1st, 2016, then you have a Lifetime License that is valid for all future versions of Postbox. (Our licensing model is subject to change at any time. Our licensing model does not include new products and/or services released under a different name or platform.)

  • Are the licenses per user or per machine?

    Postbox licenses are per user, so one license will cover any/all machine(s) you personally use, Mac or PC. If more than one person will be using Postbox, then additional copies can be purchased at a discount. Visit our Store and enter the desired quantity to see the discount.

  • Do you offer volume discounts?

    Yes, starting at two or more licenses.

  • Does a single license key work on a Mac or PC?

    Yes, a single Postbox license will work on Mac, PC, or both.

  • Do you offer a free trial?

    Yes, we offer a 30-day trial.

  • What platforms does Postbox support?

    At this time we support macOS and Windows.

  • Do you have plans for a Linux version?

    We do not have plans for a Linux version at this time, but we will continue to monitor demand.

  • What are the system requirements for Postbox?

  • What languages are available for Postbox?
    English, German, French, Spanish (Spain), English (British), Italian, Dutch, Portuguese (Brazilian), Russian, and Swedish. We will evaluate demand for additional languages over time.

  • Can I use Postbox for Gmail, Yahoo mail, AOL mail or other webmail accounts?

    Yes, Postbox will work with any IMAP or POP email server.

  • Can I use Postbox to get mail from my Exchange server?

    Postbox currently supports POP3, IMAP, and SMTP protocols. Postbox does not currently support native Exchange protocols, but will work with Exchange over IMAP and POP if those protocols are turned on.
