The Search Bar - The key to finding anything really fast

The Search Bar is the quickest way to search for messages. Upon entering a search term, a drop-down menu will allow you choose Location between searching the currently selected folder, or all folders. Postbox will default to the last scope used, the current folder or all folders.

The drop-down menu will also present suggestions from your Search History, which is very useful way to reconstruct common searches without the overhead of creating a saved search folder.

You can also type specific search criteria directly into the bar, such as "from:Scott" or "subject:Conference."

Search Tip!

To quickly clear your search results and return to your normal message view, click the Home toolbar button.
