Postbox enables you to work with multiple accounts, and since it's a desktop application, it backs up your webmail data too!

How to set up additional accounts...

Select Account Settings... from the Tools menu. On the lower left, click on the Add Mail Account... button.

Enter your full name (as shown to others), your email address and password, and click the Continue button. Postbox will attempt to determine your mail settings. If they cannot be found, or you would like to override the default settings, click the Edit button and enter your settings.

When finished, click the Done button, and then OK. Your new account will appear in the Accounts Pane on the left.
